Original Artwork

Every Chez Mesbah painting is an original, one-of-a-kind piece created by hand.

Because each artwork is unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong size.

Please review the artwork’s photographs, dimensions, and description carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully package every painting to help protect it during shipping.

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the artwork and its packaging.

We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or another remedy.

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate cancellations before shipment when possible.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
